Today I got acquainted with Portugal. I had a rehearsal in the morning, then I got off the ship for a few hours to go do my usual getting lost thing. This time, however, Ron came with me in order to find a shot glass for a friend of his. After 3 hours of walking through Lisbon (Lisboa to the locals), we found the sought after shot glass at the terminal 100 yards from the ship. On the up side of it all, we did get to see a good chunk of the city and walk around the less tourist-y areas. I had a good time and took a lot of pics. The show tonight was fun; the band performed in the pit, which moves up and down depending on our role at the time. Tomorrow we play with an Elton John Impersonator. Otherwise, that was about it for today, just another great day in another country I haven’t been to. Tomorrow, Vigo!
