At sea

Just another at sea day today. I had 4 hours of training though in the morning, most of which was completely useless, but it did end with a trip up to the bridge to see how the ship is run, which was pretty impressive. Then, we had to play “Captain’s Cocktail”, a big band set where the captain can meet people, and then the Elton John shows again. I tried getting online today and got to at least check emails, but I couldn’t get on my blog for whatever reason. Tomorrow is another sea day, then Gibraltar after that.


July 30th
At sea

I had another sea day today, the second in a row. Tomorrow is Gibraltar though, so that should be fun. We had a production show tonight which was fun, a little tough though. Later tonight we had a jazz set, or combo jam, which is great time just to go back to doing what we all like to do. Other than that, nothing special. I’m looking forward to tomorrow though!!
